We are so excited to be recruiting for more professional house cleaners. We are looking for Part-Time, Full-Time, and On-Call Cleaners. If you enjoy cleaning, working independently, and having a work-life balance then this may be for you!

Objectives:
- Clean each and every home or office on your schedule in the given time frame so that the client walks in a feels AMAZING!
- Contribute to hiring and training other Core Values matched cleaners as needed
Expected time investment for Part Time (3-5 days per week):
- At least 3 days a week, M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm (must be the same days each week)
- Up to 5 days a week, M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Attend team meetings
Expected time investment for On-Call (As needed):
- On call as needed when other cleaners are out sick, on vacay, etc. Average of 10 - 20 hrs/wk.
- Must show up 100% of the time on the days you set to be available for on-call to qualify for this job (M-F 8am - 4pm availability)
Required:
- 1 yr residential cleaning experience
- Working, insured vehicle + valid drivers license
- Working smart phone
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, stand, reach, scrub, etc for up to 8 hrs
- Attend paid team meetings
- Willing and able to work in homes with cats and dogs.
Desired but not required:
- Attend non-paid team outings

Salary: $17.50 - $19.25 per hour starting pay +$5/hr on initial client deep cleans and one time cleans + drive time and mileage
